The Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Hospital named after M.I. Pirogov successfully performed a complex laparoscopic adrenalectomy on a patient with a rare condition - a tumor of the right adrenal gland. The operation lasted 55 minutes and was conducted using laparoscopic surgery in 3D-4K format. During the surgery, a minimally invasive method was employed, which reduced trauma, blood loss, and accelerated the patient’s recovery.
This operation is an excellent example of the application of cutting-edge technologies in surgery that allow for effective resolution of complicated clinical cases. We thank the team of doctors led by Artem Kravchenko and the medical staff for their professionalism, coordinated work, and care for the patient. We wish the patient a swift recovery and complete restoration.
We remind you that surgeons at the National Scientific Center for Surgery and Transplantology named after O.O. Shalimov performed a unique operation on a Ukrainian serviceman - skin was transplanted to his face.
