Singer Kelly Jones reported on the situation on social media, highlighting that medical recommendations prohibit him from traveling.
The band had planned concerts in Australia that were supposed to start on October 17 in Sydney, followed by performances in Dubai on October 29.
Although the details of the singer's diagnosis remain unknown, it is known that the planned tour in the UK, which was to begin on December 3 in Birmingham, is not being canceled for now.
“I am sad and disappointed to inform you that due to a jaw displacement (not from singing, friends - it’s just a mysterious moment of life!) the upcoming shows in Australia and Dubai are canceled.”
Kelly also noted that tickets can be refunded at the point of sale. He emphasized that treatment and recovery take priority:
“I have not canceled more than 4 concerts in 30 years, and I hope you understand that this decision was not made lightly.”
Fans showed support for Kelly and his colleagues and wished him a speedy recovery.
