Wily, who used a wheelchair, was being loaded into a transport van.

According to court documents, the lift malfunctioned, and the actor fell from the platform.

Wily fell and struck his head on the pavement.

They are demanding over $50,000 in compensation and are seeking a jury trial.

The lawsuit accuses GMTCare, a transport company from Nevada, of violating lift safety regulations.
