According to ТСН: Controversial blogger Anna Alkhim has received a fine of nearly five million hryvnias.

The reason for this hefty fine is a violation of Ukrainian legislation. Advertising of gambling and casinos is prohibited in Ukraine, but the blogger ignored these rules.

According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, illegal advertising was discovered during the monitoring of her Instagram page. The fine for Anna Alkhim amounts to 4.8 million hryvnias.

'The agency's team discovered gambling advertising in the blogger's Instagram stories during monitoring. For violating the law, Anna Alkhim will receive a fine of 4,800,000 hryvnias,' the Ministry of Digital Transformation stated.

During the full-scale war, Alkhim has repeatedly found herself at the center of scandals. The loudest of them are related to her support for the Russian language and refusal to communicate in Ukrainian. She also does not hide the fact that she listens to music by Russian performers and watches films produced in the aggressor country.

Another resonant incident occurred when she publicly admitted to a relationship with a married businessman, Kostiantyn Valeulin.

This situation highlights the seriousness of violations related to gambling advertising during wartime, as well as provoking outrage in society, since many people consider such actions irresponsible. Anna Alkhim's story is a relevant example of how conflicts can arise between popularity on social media and Ukrainian legislation. The fine may serve as an important signal for other bloggers regarding the need to adhere to rules and ethics in their activities.
