On the night of November 17, the city of Balakliia was hit by a rocket strike from the Russian army. As a result of this attack, three people were killed and ten were injured, among whom were children.

Assistance to the victims

According to the head of the local military administration, Vitalii Karabanov, after the shelling, rescue and medical services promptly provided assistance to the victims. All of them are receiving the necessary treatment. In particular, nine people were hospitalized, while one person is receiving outpatient care.

Attacks on Kharkiv region

In addition to Balakliia, air strikes by Russian troops were also recorded in the Kharkiv region. Explosions were heard in the city of Izium, resulting in power outages. Emergency services are already working to restore electricity supply in the affected areas.
