Ukrainian athletes Elina Svitolina and Marta Kostyuk achieved victories at the Australian Open.
Elina Svitolina defeated Sorana Cirstea from Romania with a score of 6:4, 6:4. This was Svitolina's first match after her injury.
Marta Kostyuk faced a challenging path, losing the first set 3:6. But she managed to change the course of the game, winning the next two sets - 6:3, 6:1. Kostyuk's next opponent will be Jule Niemeier from Germany.
Daria Snigur is also set to compete against American Danielle Collins.

In the previous Davis Cup match, Ukraine lost to Israel with a score of 1-3. The match took place without spectators in Larnaca, Cyprus, due to security measures.
