The head of the Kharkiv regional state administration, Oleg Synegubov, stated that 85 thousand subscribers in Kharkiv are left without heating. Additionally, another 27 thousand subscribers in communities of the Kharkiv region also lack heating. The process of restoring heating supply in Kharkiv and the settlements of the Kharkiv region is ongoing. Workers are conducting repair work in several districts of the city.

According to reports, Russian troops launched over 70 missiles at Ukraine, including strikes on DTEK thermal power stations. As a result of these attacks, energy equipment was significantly damaged.
