Two ministries will operate with a reduced budget: government decision.

The government cuts funding for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Community Development
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to redistribute funds from the fund for eliminating the consequences of armed aggression. This has led to a budget reduction for the Ministry of Internal Affairs to 27.83 million hryvnias and the Ministry of Community Development to 7.44 billion hryvnias. Previously, these ministries were allocated larger amounts - 508 million and 508 billion hryvnias, respectively.
These changes have also led to an update of the List of projects and activities funded through state budget subsidies to local budgets aimed at overcoming the consequences of armed aggression.
The redistribution of budgetary funds may negatively affect the implementation of important programs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Community Development. The Ministry of Internal Affairs may experience a slowdown in the restoration of damaged infrastructure and a reduction in non-critical modernization programs. The budget cut for the Ministry of Community Development may slow down the reconstruction of housing stock in affected regions and the reconstruction of critical infrastructure facilities.
