The bands 'Bez Obmezhennya' and 'Boombox' received the status of critically important enterprises.

The Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine has officially confirmed the status of critically important music bands 'Bez Obmezhennya' and 'Boombox' for the economy and the livelihood of the population. This information was reported by the Ministry of Culture in its decree, as mentioned by 'Glavkom'.

According to the order from the Ministry of Culture,

LLC 'Bezobmezhen' (the band 'Bez Obmezhennya') meets all the requirements for enterprises that play a key role in the functioning of the economy, the livelihood of the country, and in supporting the needs of the Armed Forces during a special period.

In November 2024, the government approved resolution No. 1332, which changes the procedure for reserving employees from mobilization through the 'Diia' portal. According to the new requirements, all enterprises with the status of critically important must confirm their significance for retaining reserved employees. The average salary at such enterprises must be at least 2.5 minimum wages for the last quarter, and employees who apply for reservation must have such salary for at least one month during this period.

It is important to note that the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine does not provide letters of assistance for crossing the border for independent artists if they are not officially employed or do not have the status of an individual entrepreneur.

Additionally, employees of the State Border Guard Service will check the purpose of the trip for artists and media professionals when crossing the border to leave Ukraine. If it becomes clear that the person is heading to an event for which the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications has not provided permission to cross the border, the individual may be denied exit.
