Adult population is being evacuated from ten settlements in Kharkiv region, including the town of Borova. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military-Civilian Administration, Oleg Synyegubov.

As of September 10, more than 5300 residents have been evacuated in the Kupiansk direction, including 251 children. From the Borivsky direction, 1181 local residents have been evacuated, including 137 children.

Synyegubov added that 2,000 beds have been provided for the evacuated individuals in temporary shelters, and their number can be increased as needed. Currently, 1014 IDPs are accommodated in dormitories.

It was also reported that Russians launched five guided aerial bombs and three FPV drones, one of them Schahed, against the residents of Kharkiv region in the last day alone.

Mandatory evacuation of all residents of four communities in Kupianshchyna, including the town of Kupiansk, and families with children from the Borivska community, has also been announced.

In Sumy region, more than 38,000 individuals have already been evacuated from hazardous areas on the border with Russia. According to the director of the regional Department of Civil Protection of the Population, Oleksandr Mylash, 38,510 individuals have been evacuated, including 6,961 children or almost 87% of those who were subject to evacuation. Mandatory evacuation of children from 153 settlements continues. Currently, 654 children have been evacuated out of 866.
