According to the press service of Bolt Food, the most popular dish ordered by Ukrainians in 2024 was burgers. Overall, they were ordered over 2 million times - this is already the third year in a row. After burgers, the top 5 dishes also included pizza, sushi, shawarma, and pasta.

An interesting fact is that McDonald's received the most orders - this restaurant became the record holder. In addition, during this period, a record order was made for 19,742 UAH and weighed 25 kg. Personal records were also set: one user ordered food 610 times, while another left 23,190 UAH in tips.

Another interesting topic was raised by endocrinologist Bohdana Murashova. She noted that body positivity can be harmful to health as it may lead to obesity. People who are satisfied with their condition may not realize the risks. She also mentioned that the psychological difficulties faced by Ukrainians during the war could cause weight gain, menstrual cycle disruptions in girls, and slow down the recovery process of those released from captivity.
