PFU clarified how displaced persons can apply for a subsidy: list of documents.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Donetsk region has posted updated information about receiving subsidies. Citizens need to provide the following documents:
- Application
- Declaration
- Lease agreement (for those living in rented accommodation)
- Copy of the debt restructuring agreement (if there is outstanding debt)
- IDP certificate (if the subsidy is applied for at the actual place of residence)
- Income statement (in case of absence of information in the PFU and SFS databases)
It should be noted that subsidies are granted only to citizens of Ukraine; to confirm citizenship, a passport or temporary ID is required.
The PFU of the Donetsk region additionally reports on the possibility of submitting documents for a subsidy:
- Online through the PFU web portal, the "Pension Fund" mobile app, or the Diia portal
- By sending a letter by mail to the address of the relevant PFU authority
- In person through PFU service centers, CNAP, or local government executive bodies
Citizens can check the status of subsidy accrual in their personal account on the PFU web portal in the "My messages" section.
This information will help residents of the Donetsk region and other regions of Ukraine to more effectively apply for subsidies and monitor the accrual process.
Earlier, the PFU reflected changes in the size of Ukrainian pensions for 2024.
