Russia refused to repair its ships in Crimea.
The occupiers have refused to repair their ships in Crimea due to successful strikes by Ukraine. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk.
We have already demonstrated in practice that the Russians will not be able to use the repair bases for the Black Sea Fleet. To restore ships, they must first be brought in, and now no one will do this.
Pletenchuk reminded about the destruction of the small missile ship 'Cyclone' in Sevastopol, as well as the strikes on the submarine 'Rostov-on-Don' and the small missile ship 'Askold' in Kerch.
These examples show that the Russians will not be able to use Crimea for ship repairs in principle.
Analysts believe that Russia may lose control over Crimea if Ukraine strengthens its operations in the Black Sea.
According to the commander of the Estonian Navy, neither Russia nor Ukraine has dominance in the Black Sea. Ships go to sea only for specific actions, without excessive risk.
Russia has no effective countermeasures or alternatives to strike Ukrainian marine drones.
Ukrainian intelligence also destroyed the minesweeper of the Baltic Fleet 'Oleksandr Obukhov'.
