This was reported by State Department spokesman Matthew Miller. He also noted that Secretary of State Anthony Blinken discussed with Mohammed bin Tani, Qatar's Prime Minister, and Badr Abdelatti, Egypt's Foreign Minister, issues of de-escalation in the region.
