Vasiliy Antonov

Vasiliy Ivanovich Antonov - former head of the administration of the Obolonski district in Kyiv.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Yasynuvata, Donetsk Oblast. In 1973, he graduated from the Yasynuvata Construction Technical School. In 2000, he graduated from the Kyiv State University of Trade and Economics with a specialization in 'Marketing'.

Career. 1975-1978 (after military service) - Electric welder at the Yasynuvata plant for concrete engineering.

1978-1980 - Assembly welder at the Narjan-Mar assembly company.

1980-1981 - Head of the district sports committee of the Yasynuvata District Council.

1981-1982 - Electric welder of the fifth class at the research center of the Institute of Superhard Materials.

1983-1984 - Electric welder at SMU-4 of the construction company Priobtuboprovodstroy.

1984-1989 - Electric welder of the sixth class at the research center of the Institute of Superhard Materials.

1990-1991 - Construction engineer in the capital construction of the Kyiv production association Medapparatura.

From April 1991 to November 2010 - General Director, President of JSC Obolon (Kyiv).

On November 24, 2010, he was appointed by the order of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych as the head of the state administration of the Obolonski district in Kyiv.

From 1998 to 2006 - Member of the Obolonski District Council.

On March 22, 2014, acting Ukrainian President Oleksandr Turchynov dismissed Vasiliy Antonov from his position as the head of the state administration of the Obolonski district in Kyiv.

Awards. Honored Builder of Ukraine. Awarded the Order 'For Merit' of the III class.
