Boris Vladimirovich Babin - Ukrainian scientist, politician, Doctor of Law, professor. Former representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Place of Birth. Education. Born on March 12, 1981, in Yevpatoria, Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Career. Head of the Department of Administrative and Criminal Law at the Odessa National Maritime University.
From June 2015 to December 2015 - Government Commissioner for the Issues of the European Court of Human Rights.
Since 2016 - Professor at the Department of International Law and Comparative Legal Studies of the International Humanitarian University.
Expert of the Ukrainian Maritime Independent Trade Union, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, the Foundation for the Study and Support of Indigenous Peoples of Crimea, ad hoc expert of the OSCE, the Council of Europe, and the Minority Rights Group International.
Head of the Sector of the Legislative Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Author of scientific works.
From August 17, 2017, to December 3, 2018 - Representative of the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
