Biography of Pawło Baloga
Date of birth: 27.05.1977
Place of birth. Education. He was born in the village of Zawidowo in the Mukachevo district of the Transcarpathian region. In 1999 he graduated from Uzhhorod State University with a degree in 'law'.
Career. 1999-2000 - assistant prosecutor.
2001-2003 - director of LLC Oktan.
2006-2012 - chairman of the board of LLC Barwa, general director of the Transcarpathian Investment and Regional Development Agency, deputy of the Transcarpathian Regional Council.
12.12.2012 - 08.02.2013 - deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VII convocation. He won in the single-member district No. 71 in the Transcarpathian region as a candidate from the 'Center of Unity' party. From December 2012 to April 2013 - a member of the faction of the Party of Regions.
In February 2013, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, at the request of former deputy Yuriy Karmazin, declared the election results in district No. 71 invalid and annulled the decision of the Central Election Commission to register Pawło Baloga as a deputy. Baloga called the NSA's decision pressure from the authorities and the Party of Regions on independent deputies and despite losing his parliamentary mandate by the court, he continued to work as a deputy.
On July 2, 2013, he was prematurely stripped of his deputy mandate according to the NSA's decision of February 8, 2013.
On February 22, 2014 - restored to the status of deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VII convocation. Member of the 'Center of Unity' party.
During the parliamentary elections in 2014, he ran as an independent candidate in single-member district No. 71 (Transcarpathian region), getting into the Verkhovna Rada, receiving 44.86% of the voters' votes.
During the previous parliamentary elections in 2019 he ran in the 73rd single-member district (Transcarpathian region). After the votes were counted, he lost in his district.

Brothers: Viktor Baloga (born 1963) - deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation, former chairman of the Ministry of Emergencies, Ivan Baloga (1966) - former chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation.
