Ruslan Mikhailovich Demchenko - Ukrainian diplomat. Advisor to the President of Ukraine (2014-2020), first deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (2020–2022), first deputy foreign minister of Ukraine (2010-2014), head of the office of the President of Ukraine (2006-2010), ambassador of Ukraine to Serbia and Montenegro (2003-2005), consul general of Ukraine in Istanbul (2000-2003).

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kyiv. Graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 1989 (specialist in international relations, interpreter of the English language).

Career. 1989-1990 - Economist of II category at the International Cooperation Office of the Ministry of Construction of the USSR.
