Place of Birth. Education. Born in Vinnitsa. In 1990, he graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a specialty in 'Cybernetics of Electrical Systems.'

Career. He worked as an operator of electronic computers and software engineer.

1993-2000 - General Director of 'Soft-Tronic Kiev' LLC (Kyiv).

2000-2003 - Chairman of the Board of 'Priokom' LLC. Engaged in the development and implementation of telecommunications projects in Ukraine and abroad.

From July 2003 to May 2004 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC 'Ukrtelecom.'

From May 13, 2004, to 2011 - Chairman of the Board of JSC 'Ukrtelecom.'

From 2011 to 2013 - Member of the Supervisory Board of JSC 'Ukrtelecom.'

Since 2011, he has been living with his family in California, USA, where he and his family own real estate.

He may hold dual citizenship of Ukraine and the USA. During his tenure at Ukrtelecom, he already had a residence permit in the USA (Green Card) or citizenship.

Known as the leader of one of the most scandalous privatization systems in Ukraine - the state company JSC 'Ukrtelecom', which was bought by the little-known shell company ESU, and on October 4, 2013, JSC 'Ukrtelecom' became part of the SCM Group.

On August 2, 2014, he disappeared from Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. In October 2014, the Ukrainian Security Service declared Georgiy Dzekon wanted by court order.

Family status. Married. He has two daughters.
