Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kamyenshchina in the Smolensk region (Russia). In 1973, Vladimir Yevtushenkov graduated from the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology, in 1980 - from the economics department of Moscow State University. Doctor of economic sciences.
