Place of Birth. Education. Born in Donetsk. In 1986, he graduated from Donetsk State University (majoring in Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activity, qualification - Economist).

Career. In 1978, he worked as an auxiliary machinist for excavators, in 1979 as a medic in the operating room.
