Jelena Konstantinovna Kondratjuk - Vice-Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament IX. Convocation, Member of the VI, VII, VIII, IX. Convocations of the 'Fatherland' party.

Place of Birth. Education. Born on November 17, 1970, in Lviv. In 1993, she graduated from Lviv University named after Franko. She holds a degree as Candidate of Historical Sciences. She studied social movements in Ukraine.

Career. Former director of the PR agency 'Consultant'.

Political Career. Since 2007 - Member of the 'Timoshenko Bloc' party. In the parliamentary elections of 2012 and 2014, she was re-elected as a member of the political party 'Fatherland'. Secretary of the Committee of the Ukrainian Parliament for Freedom of Speech and Information Policy.

In December 2011, she was one of the founders of the inter-factional parliamentary association 'Equal Opportunities'.

2012-2014 - Deputy member of the delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

2007-2012 - Deputy member of the delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Central European Initiative.

In the snap parliamentary elections of 2019, she was elected as a member of 'Fatherland', in 5th place on the list. On August 29, 2019, she was appointed Vice-Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament IX. Convocation, 290 deputies voted for her candidacy.

Family. Husband - Alexander Bogutskij, director-president of the ICTV channel, board member of the investment and consulting company EastOne. They are raising their daughter Justina.
