Biography of Sergey Valeryevich Krasnokutsky

Date of Birth: 26.09.1978

Sergei Valeryevich Krasnokutsky - Lieutenant General of the State Security Service, lecturer, Doctor of Law, and distinguished economist of Ukraine.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in the city of Dolinsk, Kirovograd region. In 2003, he graduated from the National University of Internal Affairs (Qualification - Lawyer). Doctor of Law.

Career. In 2003 - Senior advisor to the Secretariat of the political party faction of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2003-2004 - Assistant to the Minister of Internal Affairs Nikolai Belokonya.

2004-2006 - Employee of the Main Administration for the Fight Against Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

2006-2007 - Lawyer of the 'Main Bar Association'.

In 2007 - Deputy Head of the Internal Control Department - Head of the Security and Anti-Corruption Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

2007-2008 - Vice-Rector, lecturer at the Department of Theory and Practice of Prosecution of the National Academy of Prosecution of Ukraine.

2008-2009 - First Deputy Head of the State Committee for State Material Reserves of Ukraine Sergey Ganzha.

2009-2010 - Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Bohdan Danilishin.

In March 2010, by order of Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Transport and Communications of Ukraine (Konstantin Yefimenko) - Head of the State Administration for Communications.

On December 28, 2010, by order of President Viktor Yanukovych, he was dismissed from his position as Deputy Minister for Transport and Communications and appointed Head of the State Service for Communications, which was formed during the administrative reform.

From August 2011 to June 2014 - Deputy Head of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.

Awards. Distinguished economist of Ukraine. State Councilor of Justice 3rd Class. In August 2011, he was awarded the rank of Major General.

Family. Married. He and his wife are raising a daughter.
