Alexander (Sandro) Merabowitsch Kwitaschwili - Minister of Health of Ukraine (2014 - 2016). Minister of Health, Labor and Social Affairs in Georgia (2008 - 2010).
Place of Birth. Education. Born in Tbilisi. Graduated from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of History in 1992. In 1993 - Robert Wagner School of Public Service at New York University (Master's degree).

Career. In 1993 he worked at the Atlanta Medical Center.
In 1993, he was appointed Officer of Administration and Finance at the Georgian Representation Office of the UN Development Program.
From 1995 to 1997, he served as Deputy Head of the Georgian Mission of the Committee for the Assistance of the United Methodist Church and acted as Head of the Mission.
In 1997, he became President of the Georgian NGO 'International Fund 'Kuratio'.
