Sergei Nikolayevich Larin - Member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the III., IV., V., VI., VIII., and IX. convocations. Chairman of the Kirovohrad Regional Government (2010-2013). Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine (2013-2014). Member of the Party of Regions, the Opposition Bloc, and the OPPZ.
Place of Birth. Education. Born in Chervonohryhorivka in the Donetsk Oblast. In 1990, graduated from the Kharkiv Engineering and Pedagogical Institute named after I. Sokolov with a degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
Career. 1981 - Electromechanic at the Chervonohryhorivka Pipe Plant, followed by two years of military service.
