Oleg Wassiljewitsch Nisenko

Oleg Wassiljewitsch Nisenko is a former deputy head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine and former head of the Tax Service in Kyiv.

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kyiv. Received higher education (Law, Finance).

Career. From 1982 to 1984, he served in the armed forces of the USSR.

From 1985 to 1996, he worked in senior positions in operational units of the police.

From 1996 to 2004, he was the deputy head of the State Tax Inspection and head of the Main Department of the Tax Police in the districts of Stary Kyiv, Vatutine, Pechersk, and Sviatoshynskyi of Kyiv.

From 2004 to 2005, he held the position of deputy head of the Main Department of the Tax Police of Ukraine and deputy head of the Tax Police in Kyiv.

From 2005 to 2006, he worked as head of the department in the apparatus of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

From 2006 to 2008, he was deputy head and head of the Tax Police in Kyiv.

From 2008 to 2010, he headed the Tax Service in Kyiv.

From 2010 to 2011, he was deputy head of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Oleksandr Papaychyk) and head of the Tax Service in Kyiv.

Awards. Major General of the Tax Police. Honored Lawyer of Ukraine. Awarded with orders for merits and for bravery.
