Date of Birth: 23.06.1952

Place of Birth. Education. Born in Gelenzhik, Krasnodar region. In 1974, he graduated from the Engineering Institute in Saporoshje with a focus on industrial transport. In 1993, he attended a business school in the USA. In 2000, he graduated from the State Engineering Academy of Saporoshje with a focus on business administration.

Career. 1974-1975 - Technologist at Saporoshtransformatoren company.

1975-1979 - Train assembler, dispatcher, safety inspector, foreman, operational services manager, head of the slag deposition area, deputy head of the railway plant of the Saporoshje Ferroalloy Production.

1979-2006 - Deputy director, head of the transport department, deputy sales director, sales director, chairman of the management board, general director of the Public Joint Stock Company Ukrainian Graphite.

2006-2007 - Deputy of the Ukrainian Parliament of the V convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 36 on the electoral list). Member of the committee of the Verkhovna Rada for industrial and regulatory policy and entrepreneurship.

2007-2010 - Deputy of the Ukrainian Parliament of the VI convocation from the Party of Regions (No. 36 on the list). Member of the parliamentary committee for legal policy.

In March 2010, he was appointed chairman of the Regional State Administration of Saporoshje by the order of the Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. Dismissed in November 2011.

On February 24, 2012, he was appointed advisor to the president by the order of President Yanukovych, and on February 24, 2014, was dismissed from this position by the order of the acting president Alexander Turchynov.

The former head of the regional organization of the Party of Regions in Saporoshje.
