Place of Birth. Education. Michail Raduzki was born on December 5, 1968, in Kyiv. He graduated from Kyiv Medical School No. 2 (now Kyiv Medical College named after P. I. Gawrosj). In 2007, he received a degree from the National University of Physical Culture and Sports in the field of 'Physical Rehabilitation'.

Career. In 1987, he was already working during his training at the school as a paramedic in a rescue team.

In 1989, he founded the cooperative 'Kievconcert', which took over the organization of concerts in Kyiv, where he was deputy director. He was active in this role with Dmitry Gordon until 1993.
