Place of Birth. Education. Svetlana Recruit was born on February 27, 1983, in Haysyn, Vinnytsia Oblast. In 2005, she graduated from Ternopil National Economic University with a focus on Banking. She studied at the University of Central Lancashire (UK), where she obtained an MBA degree.
In 2014, she defended her dissertation and obtained the academic title of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

On July 18, 2019, she was appointed by the Fund's Supervisory Board as the Director of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals.
Rankings. In 2020, she was included in the list of TOP-100 successful women of Ukraine by the socio-political magazine 'Novoye Vremya'.
