Date of Birth:19.05.1955

Place of Birth. Education. Born in the village of Holenka in the Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi District of Kyiv Region. In 1977 he graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy (Mechanical Engineering).

Career. 1977-1979 - Mechanical engineer at the collective farm 'Sowki' (Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi District).

1979-1991 - Chief mechanical engineer, deputy director of the breeding enterprise 'Poleskyj' (Vyshhorod District of Kyiv Region).

2007-2012 - People's Deputy of Ukraine VI. term (No. 47 on the electoral list of BYUT). In December 2010, he was expelled along with seven colleagues from the faction who voted for the Tax Code with amendments from President Viktor Yanukovych. In May 2011, he joined the faction of the pro-presidential Party of Regions.

From December 2012 to November 2014 - People's Deputy of Ukraine VII. term for the Party of Regions (No. 48 on the list). Deputy Chairman of the Agricultural Committee and Land Issues. Member of the Party of Regions.

On January 16, 2014, he voted for the 'dictatorial laws' - a package of anti-democratic laws that severely restricted citizens' rights and freedom of speech.

Business. Honorary President and co-founder of the company 'Agromars-Complex', known for its brand 'Hawrilowski Chickens' (area of activity - agricultural and food industry).

In the spring of 2011, Sigal's fortune was estimated by Focus magazine at $364.1 million (51st place in the list of the richest people in Ukraine).

Family relations. His wife Marina manages the AG 'Agromars-Complex'. He has a daughter.
