Place of Birth. Education. Born in Bataisk, Rostov region (Russia). In 1990, graduated from Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute (specialization - engineer-thermotechnician).

Career. 1990-1993 - Deputy Director of LLC 'Luch' (Dnipropetrovsk).

1993-1998 - President of the insurance company 'Laik-Polis'.

1996-1997 - Director of the regional department of LLC 'Intergaz'.

1998-2000 - Honorary President of the Joint Venture LLC 'Smachnogo Bon Apetit' (bread production, Kyiv).

2000-2012 - General Director of LLC 'Valentin-AS'.

From December 2012 to November 2014 - People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VII convocation from the All-Ukrainian Union 'Batkivshchyna' (No. 58 on the election list). On April 4, 2013, he left the opposition faction Batkivshchyna. As he explained - due to disagreement to participate in the corrupt schemes of Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Some observers associated this outflow with the influence of the Party of Regions on the deputy.
