Sean Carr

Date of Birth: 10.08.1968

Place of Birth. Education. Born on August 10, 1968, in a small village near Leeds (Yorkshire, United Kingdom). Among Sean's youthful interests was motorcycling.

Sean grew up as a healthy and strong teenager. He boxed and swam, winning various competitions and becoming a champion. For a while, he moved to Spain to live with his father, where he learned to speak Spanish fluently, cook paella, and drink sangria. However, in his late teens, he returned to Leeds and his passion for motorcycles.

He worked as a shoemaker at the market in Leeds (it was a family business), where he became quite a well-known figure among the traders and a regular visitor to the Irish pub 'The Diddley Dee', which he visits every time he returns to his hometown.

Musical Career. At the age of 18, Sean decided to try his luck in the music industry - as a rock singer. He and his friend Paul formed the band 'Paris In The Fall'. Paul introduced Sean to Mick Lake, who joined the band, and they began writing and rehearsing songs together. Later, Sean formed the band DVS in Ukraine, but most of the songs from their first album were written about 20 years ago in the UK.

The members of 'Paris In The Fall' were together for four years. The rocker lifestyle suited Sean perfectly. Later, he began singing with the band 'Jelly Fish Kiss', but that didn't last long. The band seemed not rock enough for him.

Sean then set off on his motorcycle to France and decided to start a leather goods business and learn French. But he still needed his 'rock adrenaline rush' and formed the band 'F.T.W.' with French musicians.

Almost five years later, he returned to England to help his ailing father in the family business.

In January 2005, he formed the band DVS ('Death Valley Screamers') in Ukraine, which included two Britons and three Ukrainian musicians (former members of the band 'Lazy Town'). Since then, the band has released two albums - 'Just Crazy' and 'Big Fish', and participates in various festivals (including biker events). During the parliamentary elections, the band participated in events supporting the Yulia Tymoshenko bloc. DVS's frontman hosted the show 'With Sean and Mick' on the capital's channel 'Radio Rox'.

'I never sing before a concert, I don't do any special breathing exercises. To be honest, it's hard to call me a singer - I just scream into the microphone. I'm not a musician, I'm a frontman,' Sean Carr once admitted in an interview with the newspaper 'Today'.

According to Sean, his family business making shoes and his three shoe stores continue to operate and bring in income.

Personal Life. In 1995, Sean became a father - his girlfriend Emma gave birth to a daughter, who was named Charlotte. However, Sean and Emma's relationship didn't last long.

In the early 2000s, Sean met Yevheniya Tymoshenko while diving in Egypt - the daughter of Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. At that time, the girl was studying at the London College of Economics.

On October 1, 2005, the 36-year-old British rocker and biker married the 26-year-old daughter of the leader of the Yulia Tymoshenko bloc and at that time former Prime Minister of Ukraine in Kyiv. Before the wedding, Sean moved to Ukraine, bringing his motorcycle 'Harley Davidson' and Rottweiler Salem with him.

The couple divorced in March 2012.

In August 2013, Carr married for the third time - to Briton Mary Hill. Their son Jex was born in 2015.

Scandals. The shoemaker and musician himself claims that in everyday life, unlike his 'wild' behavior on stage, he is very calm and relaxed. Shortly before the wedding with Yevheniya Tymoshenko, Sean Carr's former partner gave an interview, in which she accused him of 'all the blame'. In particular, she accused him of physical violence, which significantly affected her health. The Premier's son-in-law distances himself from these accusations.

In June 2008, the DVS frontman appeared in the chronicles of the Ukrainian police. The hot British guy was reportedly initially insulted by soldiers of the Internal Troops, who allegedly denied him and his wife passage on the motorcycle to the Odessa beach 'Lanzheron'. A verbal altercation with the soldiers allegedly led to a brawl in which several people were struck by Sean's blows. Thereafter, the celebrity couple was taken to a local police station. However, the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs declared a day later that Sean Carr himself was the victim in the incident with law enforcement officers.

Death. Sean Carr died on January 8, 2018, at 10 a.m. in Prague in his sleep.
