Place of Birth. Education. Valeriy Voshchevsky was born in the village of Galitsa in the Nezhin district of the Chernihiv region. In 1977, he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of National Economy with a focus on 'Economics and Planning of Material and Technical Supply'. In 1991, he graduated from the All-Union Academy of Foreign Trade with a specialization in 'International Economic Relations'.
