Place of Birth. Education. Born on February 28, 1958, in Lviv. Graduated from the Lviv University of Trade and Economics with a degree in 'Economic Engineering'.

Career. From 1980 to 1982, he served in the armed forces (Navy). From 1982 to 1983, he worked as an accountant in the central accounting department of the catering network in Lviv. From 1983 to 1991, he was an auditor, then senior auditor of the control and audit department of the social gastronomy management committee of the Lviv region. In 1991-1992, he was the director of the municipal enterprise 'Progress' in Lviv. From 1993 to 1995, he held the position of director of SP 'Oushena' in Lviv. From 1995 to 2005, he was the general director of the branch of the company 'World Wide New Associates Inc.' in Lviv. From 2005 to 2006, he was the economic director and fundraising director of the charity organization 'Children's World'. Since 2006, he has been a member of the Ukrainian Parliament and a member of the Party of Regions. From December 2012 to November 2014, he was a deputy of the Ukrainian Parliament of the VII Convocation, elected as an independent candidate in constituency No. 195 in the Chernivtsi region. He was a member of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada. On January 16, 2014, he voted for the 'dictator laws' - a package of anti-democratic laws that significantly restricted citizens' rights and freedom of speech. On February 20, 2014, he was the initiator of a declaration by a group of deputies about their withdrawal from the Party of Regions and an emergency session of the Verkhovna Rada. From November 2014 to August 2019, he was a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII Convocation, entering Parliament as an independent in constituency No. 195 (Cherkasy region). Since September 2019, he has been the president of the non-profit association of construction companies Intergal-Bud.

Family. Married, raising three daughters and one son.
