Place of Birth. Education. Born in Kyiv. In 2000, he graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University (International Economy, Master's in International Investment Management).

Career. 2000-2001 - Auditor, Economist at UkrSocBank.

2001-2002 - Deputy Head of the Podeil branch in Kyiv of UkrSocBank.

2002-2003 - Head of the Moscow branch in Kyiv of UkrSocBank.

2003-2005 - Head of the Moscow Department - Deputy Head of the Kyiv City branch of UkrSocBank.

2005-2006 - Senior Specialist, Director of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

2006-2007 - Head of the Macro-Economics and Finance Sector of the Main Department for Socio-Economic Development in the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine (Viktor Yushchenko).
