The Ministry of Defense responded whether they will introduce tracking of summons in Reserve+.
Tracking of summons: a new feature may appear in Reserve+
Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernohrenko stated that a 'tracking' system for summons may be added to the Reserve+ application.
During the Ukrainian Outsourcing Summit, Chernohrenko emphasized the importance of keeping individuals informed about any changes in their personal case.
Currently, some summonses are not notified to the TCC, and a person may be unaware of their summons to the TCC. There can also be situations where the summons was sent to an old address.
Chernohrenko believes that the introduction of the 'tracking' system for summons in Reserve+ could help address this issue. She notes that this matter requires detailed analysis since it's important to have open relations with the state. However, she does not make any specific promises regarding the introduction of this feature.
We remind that Ukrainians abroad received explanations regarding notifications about violations of military registration.
