The Ministry of Digital Transformation reported on new booking rules in Diia.
Ukraine is restoring the employee booking system for critical enterprises
As of December 1, 2024, Ukraine will restore the employee booking system for critical enterprises. This decision was made following a large-scale government audit, based on which 95% of enterprises retained their status as critical enterprises. The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine reports on the introduction of changes to the booking mechanism.
According to the new rules, enterprise managers will be able to independently confirm salaries when booking new employees. However, it should be noted that enterprises violating the booking mechanism will lose their status as critical enterprises, and their employees will be removed from booking. Enterprises are given time until February 28, 2025, to maintain their critical status.
Starting from early December, enterprises will have the opportunity to book employees.
Involvement of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Economy, and international funds
The project is implemented jointly with the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Economy, and the 'Support for Digital Transformation' project, which is funded by USAID and UK Dev, with the participation of the Eastern Europe Fund.
