Drivers can order custom license plates again: what are the service prices.

Ukrainian Service Centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are accepting orders for the production of custom license plates once more.

This was reported by the press service of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Let us note that since September 17, the acceptance of applications was suspended due to a new agreement between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the license plate manufacturer.

An individual license plate can be ordered at any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or online in the Driver's Cabinet. There are two ways to receive the plate: self-pickup or delivery to a Nova Poshta branch.

The production of a custom license plate takes up to 40 days.

The service price depends on the following factors:

• license plate for a passenger car - UAH 340.02;
• license plate for a motorcycle - UAH 154.80;
• three characters (minimum order) - UAH 300;
• each subsequent character (up to eight characters) - UAH 90;
• graphic element - UAH 500.

The MIA also reported that since the beginning of 2024, 11,244 layouts have been developed and 10,902 sets of layouts have been produced, most of which were ordered through the Driver's Cabinet.
