Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is preparing to present his "Victory Plan" at the contact group meeting in "Ramstein" format, which will take place on October 12. The head of state announced this on his X account.

The 25th meeting in "Ramstein" format will be held for the first Time at the level of leaders of allied countries. Zelensky emphasized that the plan to be presented will contain "clear, concrete steps towards a just end of the war." According to him, it is the determination of partners and the strengthening of Ukraine that can stop Russian aggression.

The meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group will be held at the American Air Force Base in Ramstein, Germany. The meeting will be chaired by U.S. President Joe Biden.

Zelensky also expressed gratitude to everyone who helps to defend Ukraine, Europe, and the whole world. He stressed the importance of this meeting for determining further support strategies for Ukraine and countering Russian aggression.

It is expected that the summit will discuss further military assistance to Ukraine, as well as the coordination of the allies' efforts in confronting Russian aggression.
