The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, during his speech at the European Council meeting in Brussels, proposed deploying a missile complex in Ukraine to prohibit Russian President Vladimir Putin. He conveyed this information to partners - the USA, the UK, France, Italy, and Germany.
Zelensky also reported having "clear" intelligence data regarding China's active assistance to the Russians in the war. He emphasized that Putin is trying to match the level of arms production of European Union countries by next year.
