The finalist of the National Selection Vlad Sherif has experience on big stages. He has already participated in 'The Voice of the Country' and was the backup vocalist for Jerry Heil and Alyona Alyona at Eurovision-2024.

Vlad Sherif was born in Kharkiv in 1998. After finishing school, he studied at the Kharkiv Machine-Building Technical College and then at the Ivan Kozhedub Air Force University, specializing in 'Software Engineering'.

Vlad tried to pass the casting for 'The Voice of the Country' in 2018, but could not convince the coaches. However, the next Time he got into Artem Pivovarov's team and reached the semifinals.

When we were preparing for their performance, we rehearsed a lot and there was a special vibe, it was very easy, cool... They seemed to give me the mood that I shouldn't be nervous. In addition to music, Vlad Sherif is also involved in directing. He has shot music videos for Anka, including her song 'Palala' for the National Selection-2023, as well as the songs 'Sway' and 'Not ashamed'. But Vlad gained the most popularity thanks to his blogs - he has almost a million followers on Instagram and about 700 thousand on TikTok.

My main message is that just people around the world may not appreciate that time we are given. And we, Ukrainians, live in a time when we understand that tomorrow might not come. It's sad. We can't plan for the distant future. Because of this, we might not reach our goal. We need to act now. And my message is about bringing dreams to life, that dreaming is always timely, no matter how difficult it may be

The National Selection for Eurovision-2025 will take place on February 8. Vlad Sherif will perform number one.

Vlad Sherif will compete for the right to represent Ukraine at Eurovision-2025 with the song 'Wind of Change'. He wrote this composition when he realized how quickly time passes. At that moment, he felt the desire to receive a sign from the Universe or God to avoid wasting time unnecessarily.

In case of victory, Vlad Sherif will want to emphasize that we must use our lives wisely, not wasting time in vain.
