Russian actor, comedian, and TV presenter Azamat Takhirovich Musagaliev has been added to the list of individuals posing a threat to Ukraine's national security. The decision was made amid the State Committee for Television and Radio's appeals and the results of media and social media monitoring.

Musagaliev is known for his propaganda activities, support for Kremlin policies, and performances in the occupied Ukrainian territories. In particular, his performance at the 'Saur-Mogila' memorial, a song about the Russian armed forces, and threats to other nations have caused outrage.

In September 2023, Musagaliev participated in a propaganda concert in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk, which falls under Article 126 of Ukraine's Law 'On Media' concerning threats to national security.

This decision by the National Council is another step in protecting national interests from propaganda actions and aggression against Ukraine by Russian individuals.
