Australia will gift military boats to Ukraine.

Ukraine will receive 14 high-speed and highly maneuverable marine boats from Australia to enhance its maritime and coastal defense.

"Australia will gift Ukraine 14 rigid-hulled boats, emphasizing the government's (Australia - ed.) continued commitment to supporting Ukraine in its defense against Russia's illegal invasion," the government reported, according to the Ukrainian Pravda.

These marine boats from the Australian defense forces will provide fast and highly maneuverable maritime capabilities for Ukraine.

The latest round of military support, estimated at 14 million Australian dollars, will strengthen Ukraine's maritime and coastal defense, which is a crucial operational area for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the government reported.

Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, Australia has provided over 1.3 billion dollars in military support and over 1.5 billion dollars in overall support to the government of Ukraine.
