Weather forecast for the last day of winter

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reported that on February 28, the last day of winter, cloudy weather with sunny spells is expected in the Kyiv region, with no precipitation. The wind will be blowing from the southeast at a speed of 5-10 m/s.

At night, the air temperature in the region will range from -2 to -7 degrees, while during the day, warming is expected – the thermometer will show between +1 and +6 degrees. In Kyiv, the temperature will drop to -2...-4 degrees at night, and during the day it will rise to +3...+5 degrees.
