According to Lovehoney's 2025 study, the average length of dildos purchased by residents of this seemingly sleepy city is 7.13 inches.

In comparison, this is about the same length as a standard pencil, toothbrush, or medium-sized banana.

Moreover, the city of the West Midlands has also turned out to be a dark horse in the large sex toy category, ranking second with an average sex toy length of 7.11 inches.

Furthermore, residents of Inverness buy dildos that are 7.10 inches long, placing them in third. Twickenham took fourth place, where the average length of a dildo is 7.09 inches.

Following them are Hemel Hempstead, Doncaster, Wigan, Peterborough, Halifax, Norwich, and Darlington, who also enjoy their favorite toy at lengths over seven inches, with historic Salisbury - 12th in line - being first in the choice of toys at a length of six inches - exactly 6.99 inches.
