According to UATV: In response to escalating tensions with Iran, the United Kingdom has deployed fighter jets to patrol the airspace over the United Arab Emirates (UAE). UK Defence Secretary John Healey confirmed that two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down—one over Jordan and another en route to Bahrain. As part of a broader military reinforcement in the region, a third Wildcat helicopter has also arrived at a British base in Cyprus.
