Cardi B is pregnant: her boyfriend is being sued for paternity.

According to The Sun: Cardi B's boyfriend, Stefon Diggs, is currently being suspected of fathering a child with one of the Instagram models in a new paternity case.

This information emerged after Cardi, 32 years old, announced her pregnancy with the NFL star during a television interview on September 17.

According to The U.S. Sun, the 33-year-old social media model, known as Lord Gisselle, first approached the court during her pregnancy in December 2024.

“Petitioner is currently pregnant with [Stefon's] unborn child,” the initial filing stated.

GiGis, who also refers to herself as GiGi, applied for legal and physical custody of the child but allowed Stefon, 31, visitation.

GiGi gave birth to a baby girl in April 2025.

The model named her Charlie and gave her Stefon's last name.

In response to the lawsuit, the New England Patriots receiver stated that he is not sure the child is his and requested genetic testing.

He also noted: “The respondent contests that parentage is as alleged.”

If he is found to be the father, Stefon wants joint legal and physical custody of the child.

He also intends to seek “shared payment of reasonable expenses for pregnancy and childbirth, as well as attorney fees and costs.”

GiGi's attorney told The U.S. Sun: “My client looks forward to the day Mr. Diggs acknowledges and provides for his infant daughter.”

Stefon's attorney has yet to comment on the situation.

Stefon also has a daughter Nova, who is 8 years old, from a previous relationship.

Cardi shared the news of her pregnancy during an interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings.

“Two weeks ago I literally experienced a panic attack, I cried and cried... He makes me feel very confident. It makes you feel like you can conquer the world.”

Cardi also announced her new album 'Am I the Drama?', which is set to be released on September 19.

“Now that I've mentioned it, you better buy my album!” she joked.

On September 7, Cardi celebrated the first birthday of her daughter Blossom, her third child with ex-husband Offset.

Cardi also raises daughter Kulture, 7 years old, and son Wave, 4 years old, with Offset.

She filed for divorce from the rapper in July 2024 after seven years of marriage, just three months before Blossom's birth.
