Scandal in the Colin Nolan Family: Ex-Daughter-in-Law Accuses Star of Lying.

According to The Sun: Emma Kivell, the ex-wife of Coli Nolan's son, criticized the Loose Women star and her family amidst the escalation of their conflict.

Recently, it became known that Emma prevented Colet, 60, from meeting her granddaughter due to arguments with son Shane Jr., 36.

Insiders report that Colet hasn't seen Amelia Rose for almost seven years, despite previously being very happy during pregnancy and even being present at the girl's birth.

Shane claims on social media that he regularly pays alimony and even increased his contributions because he couldn't cover expenses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I will never stop paying. We miss her and look forward to the day she is back in our lives,” he said.

However, Emma contradicted Shane's words, stating that he has not made 'any real effort to be involved in their daughter's life.'

“He never asked how she was, if she needed anything, not even sent a message during the toughest times of COVID. Financial support also stopped at that time and resumed only after a court ruling,” she wrote.

Emma noted that she had no issues with contact, as her details remained unchanged since parting with Shane.

She also reported that Shane is not allowed to see Amelia by court order.

“My little girl always waited by the door for her dad, who often didn't show up,” she noted. “When he did come, let’s just say the care she received was insufficient.”

“I could say a lot more, and over time I probably will. But for now, let me be clear: speaking the truth does not make me a villain,” she added.

When Emma reached out to Colet and Shane's family, she emphasized: “She doesn't need your pettiness or toxicity.”

“She has a strong, supportive, and loving family. And it seems Colet has already written her own version of the story about why this is happening right now, seven years later,” she added.

Shane and Emma were not in an official relationship when Emma became pregnant, but this did not lessen the joy of the pregnancy.

A source told the Mail: “When Amelia Rose was born, Colet was over the moon. She was incredibly proud of her son and fell in love with the baby, but Shane and Emma were not together, and such situations can be quite complex.”

They also added: “Shane promised to support Emma in her single motherhood, but now there is no contact between the little girl and the Nolans.”

This year it became known that Emma and her relatives were “outraged” when Shane and his new partner Kimberley Sallis sent her a script of their pregnancy announcement ten minutes before posting it on Instagram, confirming the news.

This led to Emma being unable to inform her daughter that her father is expecting another child, as the girl was in class.

One of Emma's friends even filed a complaint with ITV regarding Colet, but they could take no action as it is considered a “private matter.”

Previously, Colet discussed Shane's relationships with parenthood, telling the Mirror: “They met one night, and that’s how it all happened. But they do not suit each other as a couple. Of course, you would want them to be deeply in love and see afuture together.”

Shane hopes to bring Amelia back into his life.

Shane is expecting another child with his new partner, Kimberley.

Shane Jr., the son of EastEnders star Shane Richie, met Emma when they worked at the Bluecoats resort.

After Amelia Rose was born, Shane dated Maddy Uadan for six years before marrying her in June 2022.

His daughter was not present at the ceremony.

The couple separated in December 2023 due to allegations of Shane's infidelity.
