Inconveniences at the Wedding

Despite the luxurious ceremony at Manchester Cathedral, Jack noted that the celebration was not without 'comical moments'.

In the new episode of his podcast 'On the Sofa', which he hosts with former 'Coronation Street' star Colson Smith and actor Ben Price, Jack shared about several mishaps that occurred that day.

Both actors played important roles: Colson was one of Jack's witnesses, and Ben conducted the reading. They also helped with seating the guests before the ceremony.

While Colson had his own troubles, the real difficulties arose with Hanni's family.

Jack admitted that they went to the wrong temple and were 15 minutes late. 'It was the entire Irish family of Hanni, they all got it wrong,' Jack explained.

'They went to the Catholic church at the back of Dingley, just assuming that it was it,'

he said, adding that upon arriving at the church, which was about a 12-minute walk from Manchester Cathedral, they realized their mistake as there was nobody there.

'They had to go back through text messages and the invitations to find out where the actual wedding was going on,'

Jack continued.

Funny Moment

The guys recalled another funny moment when the family rushed into the cathedral, hoping they weren't late, but at that moment Hanni was about to arrive.

'We were all sitting, literally waiting for Hanni, and the doors opened, and Ben had to stand up to try to seat them,'

Colson recalled.

In the end, they managed to seat the guests in time for Hanni to walk down the aisle, and the young couple tied the knot in a romantic atmosphere.

Colson also shared his moment of panic, which Jack called one of the biggest 'fails' of the wedding.

The men hadn’t tried on their suits before the wedding, so Colson realized too late that his shirt didn’t fit properly around the neck and chest.

He rushed to the store but faced issues due to a road closure for Manchester Day celebrations.
