Tank Forces Day of Ukraine: Syrskyi congratulated the military.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, congratulated the tankmen on their professional holiday – Tank Forces Day of Ukraine. He published the relevant post on Facebook.
Today we celebrate Tank Forces Day. Large-scale Russian aggression has become a test of the strength and power of the Ukrainian army, which our tankmen have passed with honor. Our warrior-tankmen possess advanced experience in conducting combat operations in the conditions of a new type of war, and the whole world wishes to adopt this experience. After all, a new tactic of using armored vehicles is now being used, taking into account effective counteraction to enemy fpv-drones and other unmanned systems.
Syrskyi thanked the tankmen who at this moment are repelling the Moscow aggressor on the frontline: "Dear warriors! Accept my sincerest congratulations! I wish you and your families good health and well-being."
"My separate words of thanks to the Ukrainian tank builders, mechanical engineers, and craftsmen who work around the clock on the repair and restoration of Ukrainian and trophy armored vehicles, which will continue to destroy Russian invaders. Eternal memory and eternal glory to the hero-tankmen who defended Ukrainian statehood and protected the people at the cost of their own lives! Tank forces are the steel fist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine! And the Russian technology destroyed in battles is clear evidence of this. Glory to Ukrainian tank forces! Glory to Ukraine! Glory to heroes!" wrote the general.
Let me remind you that September 14 is celebrated in Ukraine as Tank Forces Day. The holiday is dedicated to all servicemen of the tank troops who defend our country with honor and courage.
